Community Response Coordinator, Exempt, In-person, Full-Time
The Community Response Coordinator provides trauma-informed victim/survivor advocacy, crisis intervention, systems coordination, community partnership development, and multidisciplinary response, with primary responsibility for Avalon Center’s sexual assault response and Hospital Accompaniment Program. The Coordinator also provides legal advocacy and coordinated community response for victims/survivors of domestic violence and related victimization, including court advocacy, coordination of the Lethality Assessment Program (LAP), and collaboration with law enforcement and other community systems. Case Manager, Exempt, In-person, Full-Time.
The Case Manager provides trauma-informed, survivor-centered care coordination services through Avalon Center's Comprehensive Integrated Care Model. This position partners with survivors and families to reduce barriers, strengthen safety and stability, and promote long-term well-being through individualized service planning, systems navigation, and coordinated support. The Case Manager collaborates with interdisciplinary staff and community partners to connect survivors to housing, behavioral health, legal advocacy, healthcare, and other essential resources that promote healing, resilience, and self-sufficiency.
Safety & Sanitation Advocate, Part-Time, Non- Exempt, In-person, 15-Hours a week
The Safety & Sanitation Advocate is a part-time position responsible for supporting the cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of Avalon Center's confidential residential campus. This position helps maintain a safe, organized, and healing-centered environment for survivors and their families by assisting with sanitation, room turnovers, inventory management, donation organization, and campus support activities that promote resident wellness, dignity, and stability
