Services
Avalon Youth Services
Avalon Youth Services (AYS) programs are designed to provide a safe space to help children, youth, and young adults increase self-awareness and resiliency, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and enhance overall quality of life. The services offered reach children and youth up to the age of 24 who are victims or witnesses of violence, or have experienced trauma. AYS provides supportive services in the greater Williamsburg and Middle Peninsula communities. Services include awareness, presentations, educational groups, advocacy, intervention, prevention and support. The program partners with local schools and community organizations to help increase awareness about bullying, red flags, stalking, and teen dating violence while educating children and youth regarding healthy relationships.
All services are trauma-informed, confidential, and provided at no cost.
