Donate Items
Call (757) 258-5022 to arrange drop off of donated goods (by appointment only). A list of typical items needed are listed below. Donors will complete a donation form at the office and will assign a value to goods and materials. If items are not valued by the donor, Avalon will place a dollar value according to policy.
We are not accepting clothing at this time.
If you are donating personal care items, please only bring full size

- FISH at 312 Second Street - FISH provides for anyone in need in the community who is referred from agencies such as Avalon, Social Services, Red Cross, etc.

- Hands Across Mathews at 10878 Buckley Hall Road - Like FISH, Hands Across Mathews provides gently used clothing and food to those in need.
